Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished full papers aligned with the
conference theme and sub-themes. All submissions must adhere strictly to the following
guidelines.
1. General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- Papers must align with the conference theme and designated sub-themes.
- The official conference template must be used.
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
- The working language of the conference is English.
2. Full Paper Structure
The manuscript should be organized as follows:
- Title
- Concise and informative (maximum 20 words).
- Abstract
- 150–250 words.
- Clearly state background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications.
- Include 3–5 keywords.
- Introduction
- Background and research context
- Problem statement
- Relevant theories and prior studies
- Research gap identification
- Research objectives and contribution
- Methodology
- Research design
- Data collection and analysis methods
- Results and Discussion
- Presentation of findings
- Interpretation and linkage to existing literature
- Conclusion and Implications
- Summary of key findings
- Policy and/or practical implications
- Limitations and future research directions
- Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- References
3. Formatting Guidelines
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
- Page size: A4
- Citation style: APA (7th Edition)
- Tables and figures must be numbered and properly captioned.
Authors must ensure that the manuscript is anonymized for the review process (remove author names,
affiliations, and identifying information).
4. Submission Procedure
- Prepare the manuscript using the official template here.
- Ensure compliance with formatting and anonymization requirements.

- Receive confirmation email upon successful submission.
5. Review and Publication
- All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review.
- Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments.
- Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
- Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in Special Issues of
Scopus-indexed international journals, subject to additional review and editorial policies.
6. Ethical Standards
Authors must adhere to academic integrity principles, including:
- Proper citation of all sources
- No plagiarism or self-plagiarism
- No fabricated or falsified data
- Disclosure of funding sources (if applicable)
Submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
7. Registration & Publication Fee
- Conference Registration
- Participation in the International Conference on Sustainability, Equity, and Growth
(ICOSEG) 2026 is free of charge. Researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers
are welcome to attend the conference sessions without a registration fee.
- Publication Fee
- Authors whose papers are accepted for publication in the Scopus-indexed international
journals may be subject to additional publication fees. These fees cover editorial
processing, peer-review management, and publication costs. Detailed information
regarding publication fees and payment procedures will be announced in due course.
